I applied for this card on April 27, after reading several reviews, and I got the 7-10 message, and I am thinking okay so I have to wait for the news, well I received the card in the mail yesterday, with a cl of $15,000, WOW I did not expect this, I expected a sorta of a high limit, if approved, from reading the recent reviews but not that much, this is the second card I have with 15,000, I have the AmEx Blue Cash with that limit, but I consider the AmEx limit to be artificial considering the Account Review process I've read on other boards that AmEx can put their customers through, I could pass it, I think, but why waste my time and energy, so to say the least I am very, very, careful with the AmEx. The most intriguing thing is the 15k Amex did not start reporting to the CBs until after I applied for Hooters, (Because AmEx is slow to report Accounts, two to three months to report) so I can't see them basing the limit on Amex, the only other highest limit I have is 5k with BoA and HSBC. The Ice cream on top of the Cake, with the Hooters Card, is the APR which is 7.75% the lowest APR I carry. The next is my BoA at 8.99%. Merrick Bank is King.

That is excellent news to here. What were your scores at the time of your application? I was approved with an $8000 Limit with 14.27apr, no annual fees, at the time my FICO's were lower 700's.
For me the customer service is great and the online payment process is even better... Enjoy your card!!
