Started rebuilding with a secured card at 500 CL. I inquired about an increase via Skype after much more than a year and was denied. I was not informed a HI would be made which soured my feelings towards this bank. Ive come feel BoA is a wolf in sheep's clothing. The Visa and MC networks provide very good service the times I have contacted them and problems were resolved quickly. BoA needs to learn from those to giants of the credit card game. Yes, I'm just a little guy but what's right is all I ask.

Utilized Bank of America Platinum Plus secured Visa Card. They unsecured my $1,000 credit line after nine months (I called them). They added $500 to the credit line making it $1,500 unsecured. After that BofA would not increase the credit limit. So ... I closed the credit card account. Now I had the same type credit card account with Wells Fargo Bank and they would not un-secure the card (two years) so I closed the account and took all my business elsewhere (checking, savings, CDs, insurances, investments and paid off a secured note loan). Who knows what the lenders are looking for ... like dice it is a crap shoot at best.
