I applied online, no preapproval offer. I was approved instantly with a $4000. Line. 0%apr and 0% for 6 mos of purchases. My credit scores were 729,745 and 750. Can't say much about their csr as I did not need to speak with them. I'll keep you informed. As soon as I was approved I set up my account online. Very quick and easy.
