Here in the midwest we have Marathon Stations all over the place. Was not an instant approval, had to submit application and wait for a decision, called today and was approved for $150.00. Not bad I guess for a fuel card, also as a promotion I will be recieving a $15.00 dollar voucher for free gas, they pulled Equifax, score was 654 at the time of approval.

Congrats! The credit formulas look for a mix of credit such as department stores/gas cards, mortgages, installment loans and bank cards. You have part of the mix.

Approved!!! Marathon Gasoline Card on 2010-12-14
After 8 months I decided to upgrade to the Marathon premier account, it has a 35.00 annual fee but offers discounts on travel, movie tickets and offers identity theft protection! Also I was increased from $150.00 to $500.00!

When I applied they had said if your not approved for the visa, that you will be considered for the regular gas card, I’m still waiting on my answer, the email they send I cannot open because my info doesn’t seem to be what they have so I got to call I guess.
