I just got approved for the Saks Fifth Avenue World Elite MasterCard with a $7500 limit on the MasterCard account and $2200 on the Saks account.

You are correct, the card pictured is the Ameriprise World Elite Mastercard which is indeed a Barclay's issued card. However, rabbit was approved for the Saks Fifth Avenue World Elite which is an HSBC card. There must not be a picture of that card available.
