Most moderators go on a major power trip. Meya is the only moderator I have encountered who keeps it real.

 Thanks big bro! I really needed to hear that tonight. Some mods get to the point where they go on "Power Trips", you know what I mean, blown up in the head by thinking they are better, and have more authority than others. Not I! I have to come in here and ask questions and get advice from members that are new and OG's, have less or more credit than I do, because I am no better than the next person. Besides, its all about gaining knowledge and meeting new people, and what people don't know, is that mods are not your managers, they manage your postings, and report to the "Top Dogs" who owns the site. Our authority is no greater than yours, we just have to read too dang much....lol:laugh:

I will toast to that. There are other boards besides CB that aren't "that bad", CB is just the most popular and biggest and they get put on mainstream media. But it doesn't mean I need to take ---- from the mods. I don't need to post, I just need information and will gladly take it, even if it means I cannot thank them (I'm not banned or nothing, I just refuse to deal with them).

I got into it with a mod there too. Their mouth is too smart, they treat newbies like mindless junkies, but will say that I have learned some info there as well. Its all about fam here, credit isn't everything, you are going to get the knowledge from thousands of others, but where can you get the luv? Right here Buddie! I'll have 2 drinks to that \~/ \~/

I am sure that a tiny minority of regulars are not complete tools, but from the posters and mods I've read, they can be borderline elitists. I can't say I remember reading you on CB (it's a huge board), but I get turned off when I saw a number of things I don't like.

But I'd be lying if I said CB didn't help me, but I refuse to add to their collective knowledge (it's not like they're missing much...lmao).

I know what you mean, CG. There are a few good people there, though.

One reason I like this place so much, aside from the other sites, is it seems less clique-ish...creditboards I wanted to curse a mod out, but I know that's a losing battle. The regulars are just tools. I only use them when I'm looking for something in particular because I know some CB fanatic will post about it (like that time bumping stopped working, or TC went monthly during the time I was in the hospital).

But I will never contribute to them. They tend to act too snobish over some dumb ----. This place is mad chill.

I just love to see your posting, it seems like everything you say has a smile just by looking at your pic...lol. No summer sessions over here, I am taking a serious break this summer. I don't want to even read my kids field trip slips anymore. I dont want anything to do with somethng that is involved with a dead tree unless it is cash or checks. Forget books, papers and pens, I am using my fingers for FG and hair...lolz!
