Hello Ron:
I have this card too. If you want to get a hold of the CS call the following #, enter your card info, and after hearing your balance and so on, wait, option 3 is costumer service. Here are the numbers:
800-518-6141 electronic machine only
866-489-3649 enter account info, after listening to account info, wait, do not hang up, then press option 3.
