patrick12's review: Callout Comment I have applied for a regular Discover card and have been offered and approved for three of these cards in a three month period, so far I have been allowed to combine them, giving me a combined credit line of $900.00 with a waived annual fee of $59.00! It really pays to Discover with HSBC! Happy Holidays

Remarks Did you combine 3 HSBC discover accounts together?

I know you can have a max of 3 cards with HSBC. That was a smart decision in my opinion. Who needs 3 separate same brand accounts with $300 each. You did good in combining them into one, and saving all those AF's

Remarks You used three inquiries in a short amount of time. You may want to hold off on that. Maybe if you had waited a little you would have been approved for a real Discover Card.

Just a thought.

Remarks It really doesn't matter, I have some old chargeoffs and a TU Score of 471, Equifax 481, Experian 568, but I have 7 good trade lines I just need to let them age, after 1 year the bureaus don't look at inquires that are a year old anyway, but I will wait, just wanted to share my story

Remarks Received my reject from Discover. Expected it to single out the BK.
