tracy's review: Callout Comment This card sucks and I would not recommend it to anyone. I did receive it and of course they charge all the fees to it leaving you a balance of only $53 to begin with. I called Customer Service and they told me on 7/10/07 a charge of $58.97 was going to be charged to my bank account and so I called five days before that date to go ahead and have that fee taken out. On 7/10/07 they took another $50 out of my bank account which now overdraws my checking acct because I didn't know they were going to do that! In the meantime, my available balance still remains at $0 and should reflect the payments I have made. I tried contacting Customer Service and because this crappy card uses a crappy automated service when prompted to enter my card number and zip code the damn thing kept telling me that it was wrong and finally just hung up on me! I can't get through to even talk to a Customer Service Rep about the $50 charge to my bank acct. If you're thinking about applying for one of these cards, go somewhere else because this one sucks big time and you can't get a real person to talk to! I'm beginning to think this card company is a scam!
