chuck's review: Callout Comment I have been a Tribute Mastercard customer for over one year. I responded to a direct marketing advertisement that I received from them in the mail. I did not have to pay any sign-up fees, and unlike many other people who have posted on here, my account does not have an annual fee, and my spending limit is in the four digit range.

I will agree with other reviewers that it is impossible to get any resolution from Tribute via telephone, and it does require a written exchange to get anything done with the company should your account encounter a problem. I had an unknown charge appear, and I had to take care of it via US Mail to clear the situation.

While I do not pay an annual fee, I do believe that the processing fee to pay your monthly credit card bill online through the Tribute website is inappropriate. Tribute is the only company I've ever encountered in my life that charges a fee for such a service -- to them! They are the ones to benefit from this service more so than me, the customer. Instead, I pay them electronically through my bank.
