amber's review: Callout Comment I absolutely love this card. I've had it for 5 months now, it does regular reporting to all three credit bureaus. The online account review is excellent. I don't use the 'billpay' feature because I just send them a check through my bank's billpay once a month. It does take 7 days to free available credit after payment, but the payment posts the day its received so just so long as they have it in the system that I've paid it I'm good.

I haven't really had any experience with the customer service department. The only time I've ever called and spoken to a real person was when I activated the card - every so often I'll call the system to get a balance if I can't get to the computer, but I've never had a problem.

I get Equifax and Experian credit score alerts and updates, and it shows that the card is reporting monthly (I can only assume Transunion is the same, I haven't checked it in a while).

With this card and my car loan alone, my credit score has gone up over 50 points in 5 months. And I've carried a rather high balance on the card as well.
