I applied for this card online, approved instantly, received the card within a few days, they have online payments, and for me this is the place to go...(or at least one of them... I have teenage girls)... So it defiantly comes in handy. My scores were all in the lower 600's and I had applied for 1 other card-kohls's-(denied) and 1 loan-kubota backhoe-(approved) when I was approved for this one... This bank has abercrombie n fitch, hollister, victoria secret, buckle and many more, almost any major brand name in the mall, good luck to all. However do not apply for too many of these cards right away... They like to see what you will do first before they give you all there credit lines. Credit line is 300. With 22%. They pulled from Experian and Transunion.

Try calling in and having your APR decreased. Even though that's no surprising for store cards, it's always worth a try.

I live in Ohio too. Near Toledo. We had that store in one of the malls up here but they closed shop a few years ago.

Well, I live in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area and originally from Jersey and I have never heard of the store... But congrats on the approval...

I live in Illinois, and they are in the Iowa local big malls and small strip malls. They have been here for several years and my kids love them... I do too... They use to have mens clothing as well, but just last year they clearanced them out and made it all womens... They said it sells way better than mens... You can go to this store and put things on layaway-(wow not many stores offer this)... So I really like it. I have teenagers and they carry Columbia coats and Silver jeans and that kind of stuff... They also have their own brand-(way cheaper) and just as good... I have seen it as far as Rockford, Illinois or Quad Cities in Iowa... Or up near Dubuque, Ia as well... Hope this helps all... And I will keep everyone updated...

The Maurices Credit Card is awesome, you can pay it off right in the store, and immediately if you wanted to, which is great because then if you just want the benefits without the interest you can have it! The coupons I've gotten have been up to 25% off my entire purchase. It saves me so much money. I'm also a college student so they signed me up for their college student program, which approved me because I'm student not because of my credit, because we've all got to start somewhere, am I right? They are popping up everywhere too, I know that I've seen a bunch in New York and the last time I was in the one that just went up my hometown I was talking to the manager about where they are building and she told me about the store locator on their website. I told all my friends about it so they could find the closest ones to them :o).
Its www.Maurices.com, that's also where you can apply online, but I recommend going into the store so you can see the stuff and get the immediate discount too :o).

I have had this card since 7.14.08 and I have worked up to a credit line of $1600. I still love to shop there, and I have not had any problems with them at all. If you ever get a chance, go there, they do have great clothes and give great credit line increases automatically.
