I started out two years ago with a pre-screen app for a BOA VISA, which was approved online, and became my highest limit card at the time. Much to my surprise ( I have spent the last 9 years cleaning up mess's from the past). It can be done!
They converted me to this card over a year ago - as they said, because it had a reward program and they wanted me to use the card more often. There was no cli upon the conversion. Clis have been slow, and I had to call to ask them to drop the interest rate, which they did, by 5 points! I would say you don't get anything with BOA unless you ask, but it sure pays to ask. Customer service is good, rewards is fine, overall a good card.

I would want it on the looks factor alone. Congratulations!!! I don't have any BofA on my radar, but I know how coveted they are.

I got approved for this card 2 weeks ago and the card does look pretty nice! It's clear/transparent even though it's not apparent in the picture above.
It's definitely a real head turner!
