I highly recommend this card. They only report to transunion, but it has helped to rebuild my credit. I am able to get regular credit cards now but I keep the card to maintain my credit score.
Those who complain...
Please don't complain about the fees, this card is for those who want to rebuild their credit history, which means they have done something to screw their credit up in the first place... And so ( fees) are the price you must pay to correct your flawed credit.
