megt's review: Callout Comment I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for years. I have also had a perfect credit score for years. I made an honest error related to autopay that resulted in a payment that was 62 days late. This was for a retail purchase for their anniversary sale so I could have early access. By the time I noticed the error Nordstrom and made the correction, Nordstrom had ruined my hard earned credit score. I have attempted to work with their customer service team to for assistance with a goodwill correction and no one has lived a finger to assist me. Most retailers work with credit card partners who will make corrections in certain cases. Nordstrom and TD are notorious for refusing to make a single exception. Very frustrating. Regret getting the card. Regret using the card when I typically pay with my debit card. Regret ever being a Nordstrom customer.
