I have had my Capital One for about nine months now. I love it. I was shocked to see how quickly my points built up. I turned them in for gift cards. When I first got the credit card I set up to get online bills. I not only get my statement online, but I also get a reminder ten days before the bill is due that it's due. I'm sometimes forgetful when it comes to online statements. I've had to call customer service once because there was a charge on my card that I did not make. It was quickly resolved. Capital One took the charge off the account. I really do love this card and I recommend it to anyone that is looking to get a credit card.

I love credit card reward plans that let you turn your points into gift cards. They are perfect for the holidays. I was also wondering what your APR is because I had Capital One about ten years ago and I've been thinking about giving them a try again, but only if the APR is low enough.
