fallin elizabeth's review: Callout Comment Must pay twenty dollars to join, five to pen fed, and fifteen to a non profit. When you join the offer of 18 mos bal tran 0 pre qual pops up. Denied. They do not pull accurate information. Guess what they got twenty bucks and told a whopper. It's a scam.

Remarks Joined Pen Fed to find them totally deny me for credit products. Made them close out the new accounts (checking & savings) along with refunding my money. Truth, I was mad. They did close everything and return my money. Won't go back. They have good products but there are better ones out there. In doing some research on them, they are very conservative and picky.

Remarks Just go to USAA if you qualify. They don't play around that way with accounts.
