faith's review: Callout Comment This card started out as the Capital One Platinum card that I obtained during my chapter 13 in 2006. Capital One was the first to give me a credit card as I was rebuilding. Limit started off at $1,500 then increased to $4,500 and stayed there until 2012. I did a product change to the Ventures card early 2012 and called EO office December 2012 and CL raised to $10,000. I like going from a standard credit card to rewards card. I'm happy with the Venture card.

Remarks Congratulations on a product change from Capital One ! I've only read where people were told to apply again for a new card if they wanted a different product. Capital One has been good to you on the CLI's as well as your starting limit was better than most. Its good to see some positive postings about Cap One for a change.

Remarks Best to go through EO for anything involving a Capital One card product. I've gone through them on a few occasions, and they've raised my CL to 20k, removed my AF, and added 1.5% cashback. Front line reps can do nothing, except tell you to apply for another card
