Last week I applied for the Discover It card was approved with the 0% into rate for 14 months and 13.99% rate after. Credit limit is $5000. Received my card yesterday. My EQ score was 696. I have store credit cards but I need a few regular credit cards for travel, etc. I am hoping this will help make it a little easier to get other credit cards.

Awesome! Great credit line and your purchase rate is good. You will appreciate the new Discover IT Card. Have one and I love the 1%, 2% and 5%. Enjoy! You are on the road to prime cards.

Used the Discover Card this past September, had to drive my son to his college in Arizona from Alabama. Great card to use with all the cash back benefits. the customer service is great you actually speak to a live person in America.
I am working very hard to pay down the balance on the card, as I will be using this one a lot.

When I first applied for Discover I received a $5000k limit now my limit is $8500, I am very pleased with this card, good perks.
