Denied applied 4/12. Chapt 7 discharged 12/09. I was told, not by Citi, that Citi will not approve any accounts unless you are 4 years out of bankruptcy, regardless of credit score. Already had 3 regular credit cards and 1 gas card when I was denied.

Good information for all of us. Suspected Citi Bank had some kind of rules about Bk's (I have been turned down by them) but did not have a clue what they were. Appreciate your sharing this information.
