I opened my account with CHASE earlier this year after much research and reading many reviews. I made the right choice. After only a couple months I had two unauthorized charges on my card. First I tried contacting the company to resolve the issue without issuing a dispute. After getting no response I called Chase and they issued a dispute without delay. The whole ordeal went on for close to two months. It was a nightmare. But Chase was in my corner 100% and at the end after seeing all that I went through they went above and beyond, even making an exception to their policy on my behalf to ensure my satisfaction. I have never been treated with such high regard by any financial institution before and Chase has made a customer for life. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched. I highly reccomend this card if you can get approved. If I could only have one card this would be the one.

Yes so far I've experienced U.S Bank with one of there credit cards and they give you ther undivided attention when calling and help you with any problem you have. Before I even got there card I heard nothing but good things from them until I personally experienced it myself. Same thing must be with Chase I also hear wonderful things about them. Just like you mentioned in your review.

In the last year or so, Chase has been outstanding with customer service. They, along with Barclays are the best when it comes to recon too, as a real human helps overturn computer driven decisions. I love Chase, as they've been great with all my card needs.
