sirjake2010's review: Callout Comment Was in the store purchasing a shirt and the lady asked if I would like to possibly get the shirt for free. So of course the turned into a credit card application and I thought what the heck. The associate asked which card I wanted to apply for and I said just the store card because I did not want to push my luck. After three second, she said approved and I had the option of selecting interest free for six months on my first purchase or 15 dollars off my first statement. I chose the latter because I do not need to make large purchase.

She typed that in and then I was issued a $1000 dollar line of credit and said I probably could have got more if I selected the MC. I made my purchase, and left. Waiting for the statement to come in to pay it off. I pay no interest and PIF every month. I hear my card is issued through Citi, so I am anxious to start building an excellent reputation with them.

Remarks Congrats!! And yes you could of gone for the Master Card I was approved for the Master Card back in 2005 and got a $3,700 CL and now at $4,000, although I heard that they only increase you CL about 20% which isn't that bad. Ask if they do upgrades maybe you can upgrade to the Master Card in the future.

Remarks Congrats! At one time I had a store Sears Card with a $3,030 CL and high interest. Good account. At the time it was owned and serviced by Sears. Closed it since I do not live close to any store and didn't use it. Have other Citi Cards and they treat me fine.
