gameguru1360's review: Callout Comment I was surprised that capital one approved me since I'm trying to rebuild credit. Had let a few things go to collections and had paid them off, but the bad mark was still on my record for a couple of years. Like that freescore commercial, I have 2 average scores except for transfax which is in the poor rating of 578.

Capital One got me a credit limit of $300, so I'll use this to get approved of better prime cards. Will only use this card to pay for gas as I want to minimize the amount of transactions on this card...makes for better handling of finances or surprised/unauthorized transactions.

I was surprised for a card for rebuilding credit would offer some cash back on general purposes!

Remarks Cap 1 is a good place to start. I prefer this over Orchard.
