Applied for the Bloomingda'le's card online. Received a call to verify and offerred $400.00 initially. CSR asked a few more questions, and increased the credit line to $1200.00. Interestingly enough, was denied Macy's card a week ago.

Way to go Anthony, Congrats! Macy's goes on a denial mission sometimes, so don't feel bad about your denial. Whatever Macy's thought about you, Bloomingdales did not...:)

Congratulations! Bloomingdale's is very generous with CLIs. I've never been denied. Also, its one of my favorite stores... The Lexington Avenue and SOHO stores ROCK. Looking forward to the new Chevy Chase store in my neighborhood.
