I have tried for a Citi product for about 4 years, pretty much since my rebuilding stage, and it was always a BIG fat NO!!! So getting in with Citi bank is a BIG deal to me! I know this card will grow with me, Im not too worried about the 21.99% either, I have heared that Citi is great about lowering APRs in time with improved credit performance and heavy usage! It basically took me cleaing up all my negatives, not to mention my chapter 7 Bk is still on file, but Citi didnt even bat any eye at that this time! Thank you finance globe, and thank you Citi, life is finally looking up for me!

Citi pulled Equifax, 682 score, with 5 inquires, LOL, I posted the score under my first post, sorry you guys didnt see it.

Congrats! Welcome to the Citi Bank family. Had the same problems and received this card a little over two years ago. Lot's of great BT options. Use it all the time. Citi came along and offered me a Citi Thank You Mastercard and I love it. You will now see better things with Citi. Have both cards.

Congratulations on the new card. I've been a Citi customer for over 15 years and they've been great to work with. They approved me for the Citi Hilton Honors Signature Visa in September with a CL of $9,000 so along with my Citi AAdvantage American Express at $6,000, I've got some great credit line to use especially for emergencies. Good luck.

Congratulations! The CSR was very specific when saying "I MAY be able to give you your decision immediately..." Made me laugh a bit.
