I don't know what that means. When I applied, I was informed that I was approved, but I couldn't submit my balance transfers, so I called that number (for technical assistance). I received a message that said, "Congratualtions you have been approved for XXXX. You will receive your card in 10-14 days."... It arrived in 7. I pressed 0 to speak with an agent to process my BT. Try pressing "0" to speak with an agent. Congratulations! Also, my BT hit the account I wanted paid off (12 days from approval).
