I already have a boa Visa apply online said could not provide a instant decision. So I guess that means denied. Ha I just needed and AMEX card since I already had a card with them I thought I would get it.
Any suggestions?

Look into changing your other card over to the AMEX card. Usually you can do that as long as your account has been in good standing for the last 6 months
