I did the prequalify thing and this was the only card I qualified for, but when I hit the submit button was instantly approved. My mother couldn't get this one but she got capital one new arrival card. You don't have to be a new immigrant to get this one.

Great! You will be treated right by this card. After a BK it is good to get right in the mix and start re-building credit history. Small credit lines seem to be the rule of thumb when first starting out. Even for those with no credit history.
