Just called Orchard Bank and answered some security questions and was approved for $500. I filed BK July 2010 and discharged November 2010. The weirdest thing was that I included HSBC Bank( Orchard affiliate ) in my bankruptcy... I guess they gave me a second chance. See ya!!!

Congratulations on your approval. That is interesting that they would approve the account with such a recent bky in which they were included!
