rahrens's review: Callout Comment I figured hey why not when they offered me this card while shopping at the Sportsman's Guide online... And then I found out they are really tough to track down on the web. If you call the toll free number in order to even get the option to speak with a human being they put you through 5 levels of options, starting with for English press 1 now. After about 8 minutes of listening to the computer speaking to you, you finally get the chance to press 0 to speak with a representative, however if you are trying to handle an issue on a Sunday, after all this they tell you that there are no humans to interact with on a Sunday, and they recommend calling on a Tuesday to minimize wait time. If you try to press 0 to get to a human before drilling down at least 5 levels and hearing their sales spiel over and over the computer complains that is an invalid input and starts over again... I service ALL my credit cards online with no problems at all, I highly recommend Chase because of their informative easy to use interface. I have yet to even find the website for WFNNB to try and setup my account. If I continue to strike out in that regard, I will close my account, pay the balance off and say goodbye to the WFNNB and all other trash. They seem to be a trick-bag trap for unwary customers, to tack on late fees and scoop up very high rates because if they wanted you to pay the bills on time they would make that easy to accomplish.

Remarks Well Alliance Data of Plano TX owns the bank. For your reference: ADS Alliance Data Systems, Inc. 7500 Dallas Parkway, Suite 700 Plano, TX 75024 (214) 494-3000. It seems they may have their hand in: Victoria's Secrets, J Crew, Bealls, Woman Within and who knows who/what else. The local Better Business Bureau gives them an "A+" Rating and then says they seem to lack an available website. Hmm... A bank with no website makes me very suspicious! Suspect they may be a sub-prime card issuer. Your concerns are noteworthy.

Remarks You should look on the Sport store's webstie. WFNNB also issues cards to West Elm (retail store) and I found their website to provide links to the online account area...

It looks like each retailer gets a unqiue URL. For example, West Elm is:

https://onlineaccess. Mycreditcard. Cc/westelm

I bet the Sport store gets their own too. Proceed to the retailer's website.
