I read the other review concerning this card and her scores were similiar to mine so I decided to apply and to my surprise I was approved!

I have a BK from 2008 that is now 2yrs old and have a few med collections still on my reports. I am in the middle of attempting to have them removed!

I received an pre-approved offer through the mail in dec.2010 and was approved instantly for $300 on a platinum mc! 0% on purchases and balance transfers until oct.2011. Shortly thereafter,I received a pre-approved offer for this no hassels card 0% purchases, balance tranfers until dec.2011, and was approved instantly $300. They say clI will come automatically after 5 on-time payments. My credit scores were high 5s and low 6s at the time, however, I have several other cards with no-late payments ever. This helped me according to the info that capital one sent with welcome letters! Both have annual fees of $36 paid at 3.00 a mo. If desired. Hopefully this info will help someone else with their decision to pull the trigger or not!!! I started rebuilding my credit 0ne year ago, have patience, its a long hard pull!!!

Cap One was one of my first major cards while starting to rebuild! I have it still - and I can't thank FG users enough for their reviews and updates!
