methunder's review: Callout Comment Hi I just got off the phone from Indigo and was told that they DO NOT report our payment history to the credit reporting companies untill we have a 0 ballance. It is not reported monthly like the rewards 660 did. Now that they bought out rewards 660, they report it as a settlement untill it is payed in full, not a credit card report. Makes your credit look even worse than when we started to repair credit history. Now I know why I can't get a car loan now. I have paid faithfully, 3 times the monthly minimum, for 3 years now and my credit it worse than when I started because of this!!!

Remarks This card and bank are sub-prime bottom feeders. Not worth even applying. They have a reputation for taking advantage of people. I hope they go out of business. Think about a secured card from Citi Bank, Bank of America or Capital One. They will treat you right!

Remarks I am sorry that they told you that, but I have had them since August 09 and they have reported to all 3 agencies. I have even ran up the balance a few times and paid it off.

Remarks I just made a bigger payment than usual so I could get my balance down and have more available credit for purchases and when I went to use my card it kept coming up "declined" so I called the customer service number and they told me that my account was closed. "CLOSED" I said. I was never notified that my account was closed or going to be closed I kept getting bills like any other time and I never did anything wrong... They told me that they can close it anytime without notifying the customer. Yet before we close an account we have to notify them 30 days after our new statement date. I could have used that money on something else and just kept making the usual payments... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Their answer to as why they closed my account... They will have a letter drafted and sent to me... They didn't think about sending me a letter until I called... They can stick their letter up their &%*# *ss

Remarks I did the same thing. However I got the card when it was a Rewards 660... The card was stolen, I reported it, they sold out to Indigo.... and Indigo is not even able to bring up the old account. They are calling and NASTY about what I owe (I loaded 300 on the card, maybe used 100, made a payment and it was stolen, now they say I owe 550 dollars, 5yrs after the fact....) This is not a good thing to do and I wish someone would have told me.. now I have creditors calling trying to write in things on my report I never said... saying things like "Whatever" when I tell them that they are being rude to me and I am trying to fix this issue.... However I dont feel that paying a bill from a card that was STOLEN AND REPORTED TO REWARDS 660, but I will work with them.. Except I WILL NOT pay when they wont even pull up anything to prove that I owe this and its not part of the REPORT OF A STOLEN CARD... this killed my credit as well....
