christy's review: I applied online for the Aspire Visa and was approved. That was almost a month ago. The online approval gave me my credit limit and told me my card would be to my address in 10 to 14 days. Several emails later and numerous attempts to contact them by phone I have now been told that my application is still "pending" and that the website lied. They transferred me to another non-English speaking person who told me they would send it to their research dept which would take another 7 to 10 days and mail me a letter. They then transferred me to someone else that told me my application would probably be denied because I have another card with a different bank. I am filing a complaint with the FTC and the Attorney General of my state!!!
