I decided to upgrade from the regular shell card. To something that will reward me 5% for my fuel purchases. However I found out that it wasn't possible. No one at Citibank seems to know how to upgrade. I've emailed them and called them to no avail. I decided to apply online for it. Approval was quick and with a 500CL. Which is enough for my monthly fuel purchases since I pay In full. As soon as I receive the card I'm going to call and have them combine my regular shell card CL onto the new shell platinum MasterCard. I hope they can figure that out. I will say on a positive note that Citibank does have a pretty good customer service. They are always very courteous and easy to understand.

Got a CLI in October for $800 Total CL now $1300.
