I have been searching through Monster.com and Craigslist as well, but I get afraid to go through a lot of other "never-heard-of" sites because I am very funny when it comes to providing my personal information. Another good place to go to is your local city website. I have loaded their site with future and current openings with resumes. I have a funny feeling that I am going to be selected as a transit operator because I have made it to the next phase. It takes a few months for them to make a final selection, since I have family members and friends who work for them, but I continue to go directly to a companies website rather than many other websites. BTW, Monster and Craigslist has flooded my email with spam.

First of all, I would check your local paper and see if the job section is connected with any of the major job boards. if not their is MONSTER, DICE (IT / TECHNICAL ) CAREERUILDER, HOTJOBS, 4JOBS.COM. If your a professional, look into finding a Headhunter who specializes in your field to assist you in finding employment.
