These guys string you along after taking your deposit, and they are impossible to reach. They take 'WAY longer than any other prepaid card I've ever had, and now I'm afraid I've lost my deposit permanently. Stay away from this card.

Glad you reported so other readers could benefit from your findings. Most unfortunate for you to say the least. You may desire to look at Bank of America, Citi Bank or US Bank as possible Secured Credit Card providers that are known for graduating consumers and returning their deposits. Usually the graduation includes the return of deposit an unsecured card and a credit limit increase.
