This card has lots of fees and you can never talk to a rep in america. I suggest that if you have fair credit go with orchard bank.

I believe you must have got the paperwork along with the card, so was there a problem reading it... You know what these credit card companies,I agree do charge more but they also give info 2 you about the fees in the welcome kit... I don't understand the great deal in speaking to americans only... If I had 2 get my work done I would speak 2 anyone rather than grumble..
