This card is issued by first premier bank and its purpose is designed to approve you with low FICO score, I had a first premier card but canceled it once my credit had cleared up, low apr but fees were too much, so watch out for the fees

YES THEY WILL on 2008-01-12
After you had the first card for six months... They should send you another card... I almost sent my 2nd card back, but after speaking w/them they waived the annual fee... So I kept the card..
