I already had a relationship with Comenity (WFB previously) as a Haband customer...checking email about six months ago I saw an email from VS that I was pre-approved for the Angel card...I filled out the form and was given a $500 Cl...last month (November 2012) it was raised to $670...
Great customer service...US based and I am very happy with this card...
