thelakes80's review: Got letter stating that reason for denial was that limit on store cards was too high which I agree for my Macy's has a CL of $2.5K and a balance of $2k so other than that I would of been approved my EX score is 711.

Always keep your balances low compared to your limits, a lot of card issuers get nervous issuing new lines of credit once they see you have outstanding balances, I will say with Chase, once you become a customer and show a history of great payments with them, they are good about extending new lines of credit as well, as with me I have Chase Freedom and Amazon, both great cards!

I used to have a Chase Visa Signature card $22,000 limit and when my business went under I got stuck in bankruptcy.... Well I called chase and they told me give it a few years and after seeing some good payment history they will overlook that I filed on them and may even approve me for one of their great cards.... I loved Chase I never wanted to file Bankruptcy... Capital One gave me credit back after I filed on them a $5000 limit card... I highly recommend all chase cards.
