I was approved for a Capital One No Hassle rewards card.
Instant approval $500 lousy bucks My FICO score is 655. I was hoping for a higher limit since I also have a platinum cap one too.

Capital One loves to issue multiple cards with low limits and charge AF's. However, they are a strong door openner to the world of credit.
