I received a pre approval offer in the mail but I don't know to much about discover. How is there customer service ? I do know that one of the bad things is that most merchants don't take the card but that's all I REALLY KNOW. Anyone with a discover card please wirte your experiences with the card.

Discover is a top tier card. You have to have a great report if you want to get approved for a Discover card. Your FICO's have to be well over 700.

I have a Discover with a 7200 cl; I love the card. CS is great. My father had a Discover for 20 yrs and always recommended it.

I Have It And It S Ok.. on 2008-03-03
This is my wife account and I'm the second card holder its great card low interest, Checks and if your credit is good you can even skip a payment.
Overall its a great card.
But this is for excellent credit FICO higher than 720
the card has a cash rewards and many other benefits.
No annual fee.
But its not accepted everywhere sometimes. I had to use a MC or Visa because they didn't take Discover.
But if thinks your FICO is higher go ahead I recommend it.

I Have This Card on 2008-03-03
I have had it since Dec 06. I love it. My interest rate is 11.99% (after 6 months no interest) and my limit started at $7500. I also received a pre-approval letter for this when I decided to apply. At the time my FICO was 694 and I had about 10 other credit cards and 1 personal loan as well as a mortgage and car payment. No recent lates (past 36 months), but my credit utilization was under (but not much under) 35%. I love their website and their customer service is better than any of my other cards, even BOA.

Good Feedback About This Card on 2008-03-04
I like the feedbacks that you received and I really cant match it, but what I could say is that if you don't get approved for this card, you might get routed to an approval for the Dierct Rewards Discover. This has happen to a lot of members here. What ever you decide, I have my fingers crossed for you.

Amazing Card on 2008-04-25
I have a Discover More Card and I love it. The website and tools are better than any other card. Payments post next day in most cases. Cash back bonus is always great!
Every time I call CS, the reps are always polite and seem to care. I have never had a problem!
