Applied on March,17th and after two months, I was approved for this credit card. They request to fill out form 4506-T to verify income. I have a BK '05 on my report and TU was only pulled, my credit score is 742. I'm really happy for this approval.

Congratulations! Your patience of two months is notable. Nationwide is a good card. They were very complete. Now you can continue your rebuild with a top shelf card.
