Applied for this card today!! Got approved for $500!!! Filed BK CH7 back in 2004. Applied for Public Savings Bank Visa Secured Card last year as it was the only card I could get approved for. I've also got approved for an Orchard Bank Visa which only has a limit of $300, but its a start.
