I have been helping millennials find jobs over the last 6 months, and always provide these 3 tips as some millennials tend to forget these old, but helpful tips:

1.	Network and meet in person. It is so easy to connect via social media or email, but try to set up an in person meeting so they can see recognize a face to a resume. This will really help you stand out.
2.	Find communities and groups to support you. Find groups that focus on what you are interested in, and join those communities to help leverage you to jobs/careers you desire
3.	Keep working and do not give up on what you have. A lot of millennials think they should quit their current job and focus 100% on a new more desirable career. I would recommend against this. If you are organized, you should be able to handle both. An employer wants to hire employed people, and you look much more professional.
