Today FHA, VA, USDA/Conventional have many products that can work with a small down payment. Risks are too avoid Private Mortgage Insurance and if there is a potential of insecurity in your field of endeavor being engaged in home ownership is a risk. Also, selling homes in smaller rural communities can be a challenge due to the lack of buyers. All things to consider.]]></description>
