Don't waste time getting this card if trying to build credit rating use HSBC, Orchard, Direct Merchants Bank. Bank Of America, Target Redcard, Macys those are the best cards to get while rebuilding your credit low af. Stay away from Aspire, First premier or those with fees for everything! You shouldn't have to sell your soul to the devil just to rebuild your credit geez!!!
