I've had this card for about 3 months now. I have not used it because I am afraid to, based on all this negative information at this site. It was a pre approved offer for a $500 limit, no annual fee, but a monthly fee of $9.95, which I have not been charged since I have not used the card. I do go to the web site periodically and can always see my account with no problems. It reports to all 3 bureaus. I even sent an email to customer service once to see if they take moneygram payments, and they do, because I see so many people have a problem with bill pay. It is true about the hard to understand reps for customer service, I called one day the number on the back of my card, just to see what everyone is talking about, and it is true, unreal!!! I just hung up... So this will really be my last choice card. I appreciate all the reviews I see here, I check this site often, and I conclude that this obviously is NOT a good card, so many people have problems, I just wanted everyone to see my thoughts... Thanks.
