This card gave me a chance when no other company would. After dealing with identity theft I thought I'd never be able to get another credit card. Even though the limit is low and the annual fee is high I am able to make the payments and help re-build my credit. Their customer service does "suck" the web site is never up... Or maybe just not whenever I try.
