roberta m. eckman's review: Callout Comment Desperate people do desperate things and I am at a loss as to who to contact next re an error on my Walmart charge... Phone calls and correspondence have failed for 6 months. Perhaps the least you can do is advise me on what to do. Up until the error in Dec. 2006, I was very happy with card. Also purchased thousands of dollars of items on lay-a-way, which
they have discontinued. This is also why I wish my account would be corrected so I could once again start purchasing new items.

I work in customer care at GE Money Bank, the bank that runs the credit for walmart discover. If you have a fraud problem you will need to call this #888-518-6278. If it is fraud you will need to file a police report. They will explain that to you. If you need to talk to customer service, #866-611-1148 we are here to help if it is indeed a fraud or dispute.
